Level 1 - Heavenly Essence Qigong
COURSE OVERVIEW
The first level course provides an in-depth and advanced understanding of the principles and techniques of Qigong, focusing on the dual cultivation of Xing 性 (mind-spirit) and Ming 命 (body).
Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners, this comprehensive program is divided into three sequential modules: A, B, and C. You are not required to complete all three modules. You can start with Module A and decide later if you want to continue with the subsequent modules.
The lessons are conducted by Master Li Tianhua, either live on Zoom or in-person.

Module A: Body Cultivation 命功 (Mìnggōng)
Module A focuses on body cultivation and includes seven dynamic practices that will quickly make you feel more vital, strong, serene, and balanced. These practices will help you connect more deeply with yourself and the universe. They are designed to be easily integrated into daily life and can even be performed while doing other activities such as working, walking, running, or even sleeping.
The theoretical part of the module covers five fundamental principles to help you deeply understand the phenomena of Qigong and accelerate your progress.
The participation fee is 300 euros and includes:

B
Module B: HEQ Fast Method for the Microcosmic Orbit
The Fast Method of Heavenly Essence Qigong for the Microcosmic Orbit is an innovative and safe approach to the traditional practice of Daoist Internal Alchemy (Nèidān 内丹). This original method consists of five practices that allow for rapid and effective absorption of the universe’s True Qi, its storage, and its circulation through the two main meridians of the body: the governing vessel (Dūmài 督脉) and the conception vessel (Rènmài 任脉).
The HEQ Fast Method enables a spontaneous flow of Qi in the Microcosmic Orbit as wide as your shoulders. The wider the Qi flow, the greater the effects on physical health, emotional balance, and longevity. The formation of the Dān (丹), or pill of immortality, is also much faster compared to traditional methods, providing the fundamental basis for advanced spiritual practice.

C
Module C: Spiritual Cultivation
(Xìnggōng 性功)
Module C focuses on learning techniques to improve the well-being of others. In this module, you will learn six powerful Qi healing techniques to help others enhance their health. You will learn to emit Qi externally (fāgōng 发功) correctly, without depleting your energy, and even increasing it each time you perform Qi healing on someone else.
The module also includes theory, activation, and practice of three innate abilities essential for detecting blocks and stagnation in others’ bodies:
