In my studio, I support you in all areas of healthy growth and blossoming –
on the physical, emotional, mental, and soul level.I work holistically and help you achieve your goals on all levels.To do this, I draw from a wide range of methods and tools that support you in thriving and bringing out the best in yourself.Some of the core focuses of my work include:
1) DEVELOPING THE RELAXATION RESPONSE
Experiencing deep relaxation
balancing stress, fatigue, overwhelm, illness and pain through body massage, beauty and wellness massage, taiqi, yoga and qigong
2) EXTENDING THE EMOTIONAL REPERTOIRE
Honouring the life of emotions
developing emotional balance and flexibility, understanding emotional boundaries, creating emotional equanimity, developing self-reflection, developing emotional positivity.
3) BUILDING A HOME IN THE BODY
Bodily health and conscious incarnation
cultivating the ability to listen to the body, create health practices that enhance one's experience of embodiment, learn to accept (but not be limited by) one's physical body regardless of disabilities, age etc. , cultivate strength of will.
4) CULTIVATING CONSCIOUSNESS
Learning, growing, changing
developing mindfulness and mental vigour, a sense of wonder and curiosity, sharpening observational skills, developing intuitive thinking, creating a calm inner centre, working with dreams.
5) FINDING LIFE-PURPOSE
Social service, community life, manifestation
leadership, healthy relationship to money and possessions as the means to serve others, stimulating higher ideals and altruism.
6) BUILDING THE CHALICE OF THE SOUL
Sensitivity, artistry and personal relationship
cultivating beauty, sexuality, creativity and compassion within the soul, valuing beauty.
7) SHADOW & SOUL
Recognising and transforming karma (learned patterns of behaviour) and "meeting" death (transformation)
depth and wisdom, ability to move past emotional wounds and unproductive guilt, ability to forgive others.
8) CULTIVATING THE SPIRITUAL SELF
Transpersonal awareness
meditation, prayer, capacity for spiritual study and reflection.
