I) Finding Balance - Energy Balancing
Man is an extremely complex being, who not only has a body, feelings and thoughts but also an electromagnetic field in and around him. This so-called biofield arises, among other things, due to the constant electrical activity in our muscles, brain and nervous system and all organs and tissues.
All information about health and illness, past and present is stored in this energy field. We now know from quantum physics that fields store information and can also exchange information with one another. Our physical body is in constant communication with its field, which among other things serves as a control level for processes taking place in the body. This energetic information level also gives access to the areas of ourselves where all information for increased health is available.
Often the body has lost connection to this healing information, with the result that illnesses arise in the body. The task of balancing energy is therefore, in addition to filling the body with neutral, pleasant life energy, is to reconnect the body with the wisdom levels of our energy field, which help us to find a life in balance, peace and health again.
